Exit 33, Lakeville Road. From the service road make a right turn onto Lakeville Road; proceed 3/4 mile and make a left turn onto Marcus Avenue; proceed 3/8 mile and our office is on your left.
Exit 33, Lakeville Road. Proceed on the service road to the second traffic light; make a left turn under the Expressway overpass onto Lakeville Road; proceed 3/4 mile and make a left turn onto Marcus Avenue; proceed 3/8 mile and our office is on your left.
Exit 25, Lakeville Road. Make a left turn onto Marcus Avenue, proceed 1/4 mile, and our office is on your left.

Consultations and testing happen in our offices. Operations take place at one of the hospitals where our surgeons hold privileges — we will tell you which one, and why, at your consultation.
