When you email us at staff@summitsurgicalinstitute.com, your message is received in our office email and handled by our staff in the course of arranging your care.
Please do not email sensitive medical information
Ordinary email is not a secure method of communication. Please do not use email or this website to send detailed medical information, test results, or anything you would consider sensitive. Call our office instead, and we will take the information properly.

Your medical records
Medical information you provide to us in our offices — on registration forms, during your visit, or in records sent by your referring physician — is part of your medical record. We handle it in accordance with applicable federal and state law, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and our Notice of Privacy Practices, a copy of which is provided to you as part of our new patient registration package and is available at any of our offices on request.
